The SEIWS is designed to accomplish three objectives:

1. Save the officer’s life
2. Protect the officer and department from liability
3. Save the subject’s life

Most importantly, SEIWS provides a strategic understanding of the principles of offense (on behalf of the aggressor) and counter-aggression (on behalf of the officer) that formulate realistic and effective defensive tactics. Officers develop the ability to read their aggressor’s intentions and can place themselves in a more advantageous position. We go beyond the physical and technical aspects of a confrontation and develop the psychological aspect as well.

Military Training:

Edge/impact weapon training enhances awareness of the environment, potential risks/threats and awareness of the aggressor.  One develops the ability to read their aggressor's intentions and can place themselves in a more advantageous position.  We go beyond the physical and technical aspects of a confrontation and develop the psychological aspect as well.

Pekiti Tirsia Kali is a highly specialized military defense training system of complete strategies utilizing close quarters weaponry at all ranges. Its main objectives include:

• Providing protection from strikes and attacks
• Destruction of the opponent’s weapons
• Domination of any combat or self defense situation

The Pekiti Tirsia Kali system for military defense is headed by Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje, Jr., the sole heir to the system. The Grand Tuhon’s teaching technology has been recognized worldwide and accepted by law enforcement agencies in the U.S. under the umbrella of the Criminal Justice Training Association.

Mr. Marcaida of S.E.I.G.E., Inc. is a Senior Master Instructor in Edged Impact Strategic Weapons of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System for military training. In addition, Mr. Alberto of S.E.I.G.E., Inc. has served as an instructor to the Philippines Force Reconnaissance Battalion Marines under the tutelage of Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr. of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System.
