Some self defense system's training methods can result in the teaching of "sport" techniques that work well in a controlled environment but are not applicable in a real life situation. Internationally revered, Mr. Douglas Marcaida’s extensive defense training background has led him to serve as Chief Instructor for S.E.I.G.E., Inc. Mr. Marcaida has specialized in instructing local and international military units and law enforcement agencies with specialized tactical, survival, and defense tactics training programs.

Mr. Edward Alberto

A decorated defense training specialist, Mr. Edward Alberto is a highly respected fifteen-year veteran of a local Police Department. As a member of the International Law Enforcement Educator’s and Trainer’s Association (ILEETA), Mr. Alberto has trained individuals and organizations throughout the world in several specialized defense tactics.
